Hello! I am Christine, duncansmomma at the Cancerkids.org board...My son Duncan was dx almost one year ago w/ HPB stage IV on 9/22/05. He finished treatment on 2/25/06 and has been in remission for more than six months!!!
I have been checking on you guys via this great site for a LONG time and I finally have a moment to say hello and send you my best. You are a beautiful family and I can tell that Jasem is a kindred spirit -all these HPB babies are! I want you to know that we are thinking of you often and know that Jasem will do well!
I know what you mean about writing being therapy...The updates on our site for Duncan got me through the hell of treatment and beyond. Please come to visit our site if you find the time.
We will continue to check on you often!

Hi. I just love the new pictures. Tanner also watches The Wiggles ALL DAY (and sometimes night, too.)
I truly believe that all will be well with Jasem until the time for his transplant. He has responded so well to chemo, and I believe his AFP will stay LOW!
My husband went through all the Living Donor testing. I know how lengthy it is. Good luck with all that.
Praying that the PERFECT liver will find it's way to JASEM.

hi!as a mom, i know how it deeply hurts to see your child in pain, if only u can have it to spare him......but as u have said...it is a test of faith...keep believing..he will not give you what you cant bear...be strong mom quely and papa rod, many are praying that the ride will be worth it all...

How are you guys? I noticed on Anna's page thatJasem is going to have a transplant.
Tanner is almost one month since his transplant. He's doing so good. The first couple weeks had some scary moments, but overall, Transplant is not as bad as chemo!!!
You'll make it...

hey! hope everything is okay. i've been leaving you messages at YM but never got any reply or anything so i don't know what is going on with you just now, i hope you are okay and the kids are okay. i haven't heard from you for a while but then maybe you are busy. i just want to let you know that you are in my thoughts all the time and if ever i'm being missed you know where i am. take care y'all!
