* Carboplatin (Paraplatin):Carboplatin is injected into a vein. It is a clear fluis that can be given alone or with other drugs. Some patients experience more side effects with this drug than others. Carboplatin is a platinum compound that is used in treating advanced ovarian cancer as well as other cancers.

* Cisplatin (Platinol): Platinol is injected into a vein. It can be given alone or with other drugs. Some patients experience more side effects with this drug than others. It is used in treating such cancers as small cell lung cancer and testicular cancer. The ability to become pregnant or father a child may be affected by taking this drug. (120ml for 24 hours)

* Doxorubicin : Doxorubicin hydrochloride is a red fluid. It is injected into a vein. It can be given alone or with other drugs. Some patients experience more side effects with this drug than others. It is used in treating such cancers as acute lymphocytic leukemia, Ewing's sarcoma, Hodgkin's disease, small cell lung cancer, diffuse histiocytic lymphoma, and osteogenic sarcoma. (240ml for 48 hours)
